Terms of Service

1. What the service does

mochi turns a photo of your pet into artwork using AI image tools, and prints that artwork on physical products that are made to order and shipped to you. The service is operated by Bobo Consulting Inc. ("we", "us").

2. Photos you upload

  • You must own the photo you upload, or have permission to use it.
  • You may not upload images that infringe someone else's copyright or likeness rights, that are offensive or unlawful, or that we otherwise consider inappropriate.
  • The service is intended for pets (dogs, cats, rabbits and similar animals).

3. Intellectual property

You may use the generated artwork and the finished products for personal use. The rights in the service itself — our system, design and logo — remain with us.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when payment completes. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for change of mind after that point. See our Refunds & Returns policy for misprints, damage and delivery problems.

5. Things we cannot promise

  • Because the artwork is generated by AI, colours and brushwork vary from one result to the next.
  • Colours on your screen may differ from the printed product depending on your display.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, network outages, or issues at our production partners.

6. Things you may not do

You may not interfere with the operation of the service, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate others, or use the service in breach of applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over any dispute. This does not remove any consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
