Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are printed and posted by our US production partner, so there are no import duties or customs steps for you.

Cost

• Flat rate: $6.95 per order
• Free on orders of $60 or more

How long it takes

Each item is made after you order it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery a further 3–4 business days — most orders arrive within 7–9 days of ordering. Larger items such as framed canvas can take a few days longer.

Ordering several items at once may mean they ship together, so the whole order moves at the pace of the slowest item.

Tracking

We email you when your order ships. If you have not heard from us after 10 days, email info@boboconsulting.com and we will look into it.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to the facility because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can resend it once you confirm the correct address; the reshipping cost is charged at cost.

Outside the United States

We are opening one country at a time so that delivery stays fast. Leave your email on our home page and we will let you know when we start shipping to yours.
