The pet photos you upload and the artwork generated from them
Payment information — card details are handled by Stripe, our payment processor, and are never stored by us

To confirm orders and answer your questions
To improve the service and develop new features
To comply with the law

3. How your photos are handled

We keep your uploaded photos and generated artwork so that we can produce your order and so you can reorder later. High-resolution files may be deleted after a period of time. We never use your images in advertising or promotion without your consent.

4. Who we share data with

We share only what is needed to fulfil your order: your delivery details and print file go to our production partner, and your payment is processed by Stripe. We use AI image services to generate artwork from your photo. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to our systems is restricted to the people who need it to run the service.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to disclose, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing the address below, and we will respond after verifying your identity. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.
