- Can you work from a photo of just their face?
- Yes. If the face is clear, the AI fills in the rest naturally.
- Can I choose where the art sits on the product?
- Yes. You drag and resize the artwork inside the printable area, and you can generate a preview of the finished product before you pay.
- Can I use the art with and without a background?
- Yes. A cut-out version is created alongside every style, so you can switch with one tap. (Instant photo keeps its white border, so it is background-only.)
- Is it okay to use a photo of a pet who has passed away?
- Of course. Many of our customers keep a memory this way.
- What if I don't like the result?
- Previews are free and you can regenerate as many times as you like. You only pay once you are happy with it.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are printed after you buy and typically arrive within 7–9 days, shipped from our US production partner.
- Do you make art from photos of anything other than pets?
- mochi is built for pets — dogs, cats, rabbits and the like. We do not accept other subjects.
